Mucus Backflow: Mucus Is Getting into the Tube!

Simply adjust how you hold the mucus collection bottle!

Some moms may find that mucus gets suctioned into the tube.
To prevent this, make sure the tube and the bottle’s suction port are facing upward. ⬆️
This helps keep mucus from being drawn into the tube through the suction port.

Also,
if too much mucus accumulates in the collection bottle,
even a slight tilt may cause it to enter the tube.
Therefore, empty the bottle once it is half full.
